Alex Molchadskiy

Senior Stylist & Owner

From the acclaimed Peter Coppola Salon in New York City, it didn't take Alex Molchadskiy long to figure out how to become one of the most talked about stylists in America. Born in the Ukraine, he arrived in the US in 1993, identified Madison Avenue as the place to be, and studied under Kevin Mancuso, one of New York's top celebrity stylists. As one of only a few stylists in Philadelphia to offer dry cutting, his distinctive visual approach has quickly made him the talk of the town. Alex worked behind the scenes at the 2006 Academy Awards and has done the dos of some of Hollywood's most high profile starlet's including, Lisa Kudrow and Juliana Margulies. For Alex, haircuts are about keeping things natural and he takes texture and hairtype into consideration to create a look that accentuates the features and shape of your face.

Megan Reilly
Colorist

Megan has trained with some of the most talented colorists in New York City at the renowned AKS Salon on Madison Avenue before returning home to work at Studio C.L. on Rittenhouse Square. Now she's coloring the hair of some of Philadelphia's most high profile women at AMS. She provides clients with a new, super gorgeous hair coloring technique called Balayage, a French technique of hair painting that creates a softer, more natural color. It's a technique that brightens complexion and adds depth, movement and shine. One of only a few colorists in Philadelphia trained in Balayage highlighting, Megan also specializes in color corrections and traditional foil highlights. Her notable clientele list includes TV news personalities Liz Keptner and Kathy Orr.

Janelle Ring
Stylist

Janelle Ring joined the team at AMS Salon and Lounge in June 2010 as a stylist and makeup artist. She specializes in giving on-trend cuts that are never fussy or over-done. She is a master at creating elegant updos for weddings or a special night out. Her makeup artistry runs the gamut: she can give you that perfect natural look or up the drama with smoky eyes and bold lips. She always stays ahead of the trends by continually learning more about her craft in order to perfect her technique.

Maggie Breder
Colorlist

After completing her education at Jean Madeline in 2009, AMS Salon welcomed Maggie to the team in September 2010. After completing her apprenticeship with Best of Philly winner Megan Reilly, Maggie hit the ground running! She is already masterful in the latest hair color trends like ombre- gradually fading the hair from dark to light-and balayage. Maggie possess a creative and inventive style that shows through in all of her work, leaving her clients with a truly unique look and experience.
